Drum Vent |
|

| 522
Mounts vertically in the 50mm (2") bung opening of 60 and 205 litre (55-gallon) drums. Automatic pressure relief opening between 5 and 8 psig and manual vacuum relief. Flame arrester prevents propagation of fire through vent passage. Available in brass with an aluminium plate flash arrester assembly or in all stainless steel. |

| 525
This 19mm (3/4") Drum Vent provides continuous, safe venting of storage drums when the 50mm (2") bung opening is not available. Perforated-metal flash arrester prevents flashbacks through the vent. Protective hood shields flash arrester and prevents dust and dirt from entering the drum. |

| 526
Provides elbow-type mount for No. 522, 50mm (2") Drum Vent. Especially recommended to keep flame arester plates above liquid level. Mounts in 19mm (3/4") bung opening. |
Drum Vent Adapter |
|

| 5522
Especially suited for a horizontal storage drum with 50mm (2") bung opening at end. Automatic pressure relief at approximately 5 psig. Manual vacuum relief. In case of an external fire, the fusible emergency relief plug melts venting pressure and preventing drum rupture. Perforated-metal flash arrester prevents accidental ignition of vapor within the drum. Available in brass and stainless steel. |
Drum Vent/Fill Unit |
|

| 5000
Mounts into the 50mm (2") bung opening of standard storage drums. Provides automatic vacuum relief at approximately 2" W.C. facilitating liquid flow during dispensing, and the automatic pressure relief valve opens at 5 to 6 psig. Removable cap assembly permits the perforated-metal flash arrester to remain threaded in bung opening for safety during filling operations. Sturdy chain prevents loss of cap. |
Drum Funnel/Fill Unit |
|

| 5505
This 9 1/2" diameter copper funnel temporarily replaces 50mm (2") drum vent or original bung cap to provide an economical method for emptying waste liquids into drums. Perforated-metal flash arrester inside funnel protects drum contents from ignition. This funnel is not designed to confine vapors within the drum and should be removed from the drum immediately after completing the pouring operation and replaced with either a safety drum vent or the original bung cap if the drum is being removed for disposal. |
